Deborah Argo-White – Director of Operations–NRMA |
Debbie was a co-owner of USMA (United States Mutual Association) and worked with Bob Ralicki (former co-founder/owner of USMA) for more than 15 years. Debbie now serves as the Director of Operations for NRMA and oversees all day-to-day operations and assists the sales team with the overall growth, development, and success of the operation. |
Matthew D. Robbins – Vice President of Sales |
Matt has been with GIS since 2000, focusing his sales efforts on the retail industry. He has been instrumental in the rapid growth that GIS has experienced in the retail industry. Matt’s primary focus with NRMA is to oversee the overall growth and business development. |
Nathan Gabelman – Vice President of Sales |
Nate has been with GIS since 2002 focusing his efforts on the retail, staffing and transportation industries. In addition to overall business development, Nate has been tasked to identify retail partners that are a good fit with NRMA, and to work with both Matt and Ray in the overall augmentation of NRMA. |
Albert Bueno – President

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Albert's career includes executive positions in operations, sales, and marketing for major contract security firms and background screening companies nationwide. He has been a member of the American Society for Industrial Security since 1987, and was appointed to the ASIS International Foundation, Inc. Board of Trustees in 2004. As the President of GIS, Albert is responsible for ensuring the operations of NRMA run smoothly and that they are FCRA compliant. |
David Bartley – Executive Vice President |
David has been with GIS since 1988. David's most immediate responsibility at GIS is supporting Customer Relations efforts on the part of the Sales & Service Organizations within GIS. He also manages a number of special GIS Corporate Projects under the direction of GIS CEO, Ray Conrad. In regard to NRMA, David is charged with enhancing the value of NRMA relationships within the retail community while simultaneously seeking new ways to utilize the NRMA technology infrastructure, developed by GIS, in support of other unique data aggregation environments |
George Slicho – Senior National Account Executive |
George Slicho recently retired as the SVP of Loss Prevention for Zale Corporation in Irving, TX for 17 plus years. Zale is one of the largest jewelry chains in North America with 2,300 stores in the U.S. and Canada. George has over 37 years of law enforcement/security/LP experience having worked in the food service industry security, aerospace, and department store LP. He is a former Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigations serving in various field offices. George is charged with building up NRMA with other participating retail members. |
